Espresso’s Toronto office is seeking a brainy and minutiae-obsessed Interactive Developer with as much love for the prettiness of sites as the brilliance happening behind the scenes.

Our future Infiltrator will have 3-5 years of experience with a focus on great brand work. We want someone who lives and breathes online and loves nothing more than building perfect experiences. Someone whose programming skills are a force with which to be reckoned. Someone who geeks out during office hours and beyond. Someone who has an understanding of design foundations with an eye for all things aesthetically pleasing. Someone who will do whatever it takes to create something really exceptional.

So what are our must-haves?

• Proven ability to deliver HTML/XHTML/CSS solutions across all major browsers
• Proven ability to leverage JavaScript with JQuery to execute optimized DOM manipulations and AJAX requests
• Either PHP or C# backend experience
• Ability to work quickly with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator files
• Version control experience (prefer ability SVN)

How about the nice-to-haves?

• MySQL or SQL server experience
• WordPress theme and plug-in creation
• Flash integration and development
• Mobile web and application development
