PacMan in Toronto?

Amongst the Vespa Scooter heads and Disney Chihuahuas in Toronto, I came across this video-game inspired design sitting on the side of a TTC terminal (near Spadina and College). It caught my attention due to the use of its simple iconic imagery…and the fact that I was stopped at a red light.

So, is this urban art or guerilla ad placement? We are waiting for a reveal. Are you?
